Day 6: Your views on mainstream music :)
I don’t think there’s a such thing as “mainstream music.” Music is music. You either like it, or you don’t like it. Bands are allowed to change styles, genres, and do whatever the fuck they want. If you don’t like it, don’t listen to it. Don’t sit around and call everything that you don’t like (or that everyone else happens to like) “mainstream.” You really just sound like a tool. What makes a band mainstream if everyone has different opinions on which bands are mainstream? Is there something wrong with liking a band that is labeled by some people as mainstream? Is mainstream even a bad thing (if the definition can be agreed upon)? All in all, I don’t give a fuck about what anyone else says. I like the music that I like, and you’re all definitely entitled to listen to your favorites. Respect ALL music, whether you love it or not.
